Dear Smith,

Hope you are doing great. I am writing to you to share things about my next tour in your town.

I am on vacations for next 15 days. I have plans to visit London from 4th to 7 August. I want to explore the city and will go to some historical places that is my wish to watch. For the fist day I booked a hotel room.

After a day I am thinking to meet you and if possible, can I stay with you at your home during my trip? Most of the time I will spend in the town during my research to get close to the history of the city, and I will join you in every evening.

We should not hesitate to discus about funds too, I can manage all the expenses for my food groceries and laundry. And it is not objectionable if I will share the rent with you.

I hope you will write back to me in the near future, Thank you.

Best wishes for you.

Haider
