Dear sir or madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. The purpose of my letter is to inquire about a venue availability. I am going to organize a surprise party for my friend’s birthday. I have heard a lot of good reviews about your party halls and would like to book one for me.

My friend’s birthday coming on 2nd of next month and I have planned to surprise him with a birthday party. He didn’t had any proper party because of financial difficulties, but this time will have chance to celebrate his special day all his family and friends.

Now, I am looking for a hall big enough to house around 50-60 people and it should have a good sound system. If you could arrange the catering, that would be great! Please consider my request and write back to me with available venues and their pricing.
