Hello Williams, I hope you’re having a good day? You barely check up on me but it’s okay.

I know you well to be a party person, reason why I am writing this letter to you to inform you about my plans on a surprise birthday party, you know well that am not really good at organizing things. I would like you to organize people that would make the place fun. e.g DJ, chairs rental etc

My friend hasn’t celebrated his birthday for over a decade, he has been there for me many ways, so I decided to come up with the surprise package in other to put smiles on his face, it’s a great idea I guess!

What’s your schedule for tomorrow evening? Let have dinner together at Captain Cook in other to discuss better about the party plans.
