Dear my best friend Sue,

I hope you doing well.

I am writing to you to ask some help for celebrating our friend birthday, Nina.

I need your assistance for her surprise party; it will take place in Borobudur Hotel on 5th March. Regarding this event, I need your assistance for arranging the rundown and being a master ceremony in this party. I know that you are good for arranging show, so I really relying on you that much.

For your information, people who invited are our friends from senior high school, her family, and her colleague. I think, I should talk to you more about the event’s concept, such as theme, decoration and other things that matter. I also ask for help to Martin and Siena. We should arrange a meeting for discuss about this, how about next weekend, I think it is a long weekend.
