Dear Ella,

I am writing to make arrangements for the weekend get-together,knowing that you are the coordinator for the group.

The get-together is proposed to start on Friday, 29th of October 2026,and end on Sunday,1st of November 2026. I will arrive by 4:00pm on Friday, 29th of October, and leave by 3:00pm on Sunday, 1st of November.

My accommodation preference is a shared rental house,which costs 80USD per night for 2 nights, considering the cost of other available accommodations, which are far above my budget.

I would like to book card and board games,including ‘Codenames, Whot, and Uno’, as well as no-equipment games like Heads-Up and Two Truths and a Lie. My prefered activities are paintballs,water sports and boat cruises which i am also booking ahead. I would like for these activities to be scheduled for 4:00pm on Saturday and 12:00pm on Sunday, because these are perfect times to get everyone out and play together.
