Dear Colleagues,

I’m very glad that we have a time to spend alltogether this weekends. In this letter i’m going to explain about this getaway in details.

First of all we should choose our final destination and mostly important dates. I suggest you go hiking in our marvelous mountains or you can write your variant in reply mail. Well, about dates, I’m not actually sure, because I remember everyone’s situation with vacation pay and we should’ve discuss this in our group chat.

Second of all, transportation. I think everybody will able to get to the mountains by car, but as I know some of us do not have a car. That’s totally okay. You can answer me to this letter, if you don’t own a car, or write in the group and there we’re going to split everybody in the group. The cost of the gas we will also count and split between people who doesn’t have a car. Everybody will go to vacations by car.

Third of all, payments. Since we haven’t discussed the particular hotel and pastime, I’m not sure about the cost of all of these, but as I can predict that’s going to be around 500 dollars per person. When we will choose where we stay, you will have to send me money and I will pay for everything, but only for accommodation and leisure, food does not included!
