Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to request for allocating a brief knowledge about the institution and the courses for my enrolment. As I planned to go abroad for learning english and make an admission in your renowned university.

I would like to know about the study system of this university such as the exams will be held annually or after each semester and moreover, the available courses for my further studies.

In addition, I would also share my preference for the accommodation in the hostel, a calm, distraction free room. I would not share my room with anyone, it would be hard for me to stay concentrate on my work.

Instead of it, I have one specific request related to my meal, I eat only vegetarian food. So, do not include any non vegetarian item in my meal.

I hope you would consider my request and share the necessary information that I need before moving to university.
