Dear Joe Doe,

I hope this letter finds you in great spirit. My name is Ketty K., and I am organising a farewell gathering. Therefore, I am writing to you in order to request some information.

Our company is panning a ‘Grateful party’ for our colleagues as they are, unfurtunatelly, leaving us. Initially, we would like it to gather on friday, 3rd of June, around 5 PM. However, if you are busy this time we can schedule it for the friday after that. As it comes to the number of people, we are expecting from 25 to 30 people attending.

Additionally, we would like to recieve your detailed menu, as we have people in the team with lactose-intolerance and severe honey allergy. Thereas we will need all the ingedients should be listed.
