Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to request you to allow us permission and support for an upcoming community event in the SBP Gardenia’s park.

Our community has decided to celebrate Vaisakhi function and they voted me to organize it. Therefore, I have decided for some arrangements to be done on the same day such as sounds system and sweets distribution. Also, there would be some fun games and activities for all age group people.

This event will be held on the upcoming Sunday 22 March, 2026 at our local park, SBP Gardenia. I have already decided for seating facilities, decorative items and volunteers to assist.

It would be really great if you kindly permit us and support us with some public funds for this occasion. I would also feel grateful if you could attend this event as a guests.
