I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a product I recently purchased from your online store.
On March 20,2026 I ordered a wireless keyboard through your website. The product was delivered promptly, However upon using it, I noticed several issues. The buttons quality are extremely poor, with frequent interruptions, and the battery drains within an hour despite being advertised to last upto twelve hours. Additonally, the keyboard occassionally disconnects from my desktop without any reason.
Given these problems, the product does not meet the quality standards described on your website. I am quite disappointed, as I specifically chose your brand based on its reputation.
I would like to request a full refund or a replacement with a properly functioning product at the earliest convenience. Please also advise on the return procedure for the defective item.
I look forward to prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter.
