Hello, my name is Aiaru. I’m writing this letter to the company that sold me the coffee machine.

Recently I’ve bought a coffee machine from your store, and I can say that this is really bad. The machine didn’t turn on at the first time. As my favorite coffe is latte, I have decided to make a latte at first, and it did it wrong. The taste of coffe was not like a coffe. It felt so salty.

I ried to add more sugar, but nothing changed.Your company dissapointed me. I’ve bought it for my last money to enjoy my favourite coffe, and what did I get?
