I hope this message finds you well. I am writing this email to inform you that I am totally disappointed after purchasing furniture from your online application.
As your company introduced a new application Zepto where we can review any second hand furniture iteams, and can purchase online.
Just before two days, I ordered one sofa and a chair from your application, inside application the images of the chair and sofa was impressive, and looking good quality.
But, when I recieved the iteams, I get totally unhappy with the quality of sofa. It is totally disgusting, because they just colour it and sell. There is many mark on it and it also broken.
I am requesting to you kindly review on my issues and try to take necessary action against it.
And try to replace my sofa with new one, and if possible try to refund my amount.
