Dear Customer Service Team,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a product I recently purchased from your online store. On 10 February 2026, I ordered a pair of wireless headphones (Order No. 45821), which were delivered to me on 15 February.

Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the product. Although the description on your website stated that the headphones provide high-quality sound and up to 20 hours of battery life, I found this information to be misleading. The sound quality is rather poor, with noticeable distortion at higher volumes. In addition, the battery lasts no more than five hours, which is far below the advertised duration. I have also experienced occasional connectivity issues, as the headphones randomly disconnect from my phone.

As a regular customer of your store, I did not expect such a disappointing experience. Therefore, I would like to request a full refund. I am willing to return the product in its original packaging if necessary. Please inform me about the return procedure at your earliest convenience.
