Dear Sir and Madam,

I am writing to complain about poor service that I received from your company. I ordered a dress from your online shop, it came to very late, and the status informed it will be arrived on last Satardey but I received it on this Wennesday.

Unfortunately, I was dissatisfied with your terrible service. At first, I have planed to went to my bestfriend’ birthday on the last Sunday, and I puchesd the dress from your store on the last Moday. I really expected It will be came in time because it informed will be arrive on the last Satarday, but it too be late for long time.

I would like to suggest your company about the service should be more improve and delivery to on time with status on the website. I hope the next time it will better.
