I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the internet service I recently purchased from your company .
The Problems
Since the installation last Monday, the connection has been extremely unstable. Although I paid for the “Ultra-Fast” plan, my download speeds rarely exceed 5 Mbps, which is significantly lower than the 100 Mbps promised in my contract. Furthermore, the router frequently restarts on its own, disrupting my work meetings.
Proposed Solution
I have already tried calling your technical support twice, but the issue remains unresolved. I would appreciate it if you could send a technician to inspect my hardware within the next 48 hours.

If the service cannot be brought up to the agreed standard, I would like to request a full refund for this month and the cancellation of my contract without any penalties
