Good morning!

I’m having a lot of issues with my internet service lately. To clearify the issue, I must say the speed of the internet is way too slow and the service of it is just poor quality.

I’d like to change my internet provider. As I mentioned, I need a high speed internet, because I’m working online here at my house, so the internet issue is quite serious. And if there’s any chance, is it possible to receive some special offers or discounts because your employee of the department installed me the wrong provider. If it’s possible, please contact me.

Next 2weeks are really tough seasons, our customers increasing one by one. Could you please install me another new service, please? Thank you
