I am wrtiting ti express my unsatisfaction regarding my recent purchase from your website , my order number #123456 on March 5 2026 .

I bought a makeup sets as a gifts for the guests coming for my birthday party , as soon as the package arrived a was in shock because it dosent match the picture online as it came as seperate items without a cute box .

The reason i am not satisfied with the purchase not just it bacome with no boxes but also the products are so tiny as if it is a sample , its rude to present them to my party guests and now there is no time to look for other ideas .

I want to confirm a complints about not contaning details of the products included . E.g the size , in addeiton i want to request to exchange them with the perfumes set insted of the makeup one.
