Dear Sir,

Happy Sunday!

I am Alex from Bhopal, India and want to pursue English at your prestigious institution. I am writing this letter to find out about the courses which are currently available in your school and also want some information regarding the accommodation.

As your school got an excellence reward for providing better courses in our area. I want to know what kind of courses you study in class to become proficient in particular languages. Also, give me some details about the different levels of learning the English language. Actually, I have a great desire to learn this language.

I belong to a rural area and it will be difficult for me to travel for hours to reach this destination. So, I urge you to let me know about the accommodation types which will be available from your side such as homestay, dormitory, or will arrange apartments for students.

One more thing I just forgot to mention is that I am vegetarian and never touch any kind of non-veg food. It will be beneficial for me if you consider this on a priority basis. I will be very grateful to you.
