I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing you to request some information concerning your company internet offers and services.

I am a customer at Algérie telecom and I plan to cancel my subscription with them. Unfortunately their service was quite deceiving. I suffered from low Internet speed, even thought i payed for the highest and frequent cut offs without notice or paybacks.

My friend is a customer of yours and has recomanded you to me. therefore I’m considering transferring to your company. I would appreciate it, if you could send me the variety of the packages you offer and their price and if you provide adiscounts or promotions for new customers as well.
