i am writing to inform you about my decision to resign from my position as a waiter at your restaurant.

The reason is, i am moving to other country with my family next week, and before that, i have to deal with several pre-departure tasks. During my working period of 2 years, i have met with some people in your restaurant. They are very kind and they have good attitude for me.Your wealth of experience has nog enriched my understanding but has also contributed significantly to my personal growth.I hope that after my resigning we stand together and we will arrange different events certainly together. I kindly request you take my cousin as a waiter instead of me in your restaurant. He is living in this country and he will not move with us.

I look forward to your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
