Dear course coordinator
I recently attended your language course, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. I found that the course lacked interactive elements, and the teaching methods were not engaging enough to facilitate effective learning. Additionally, the course structure and materials did not provide sufficient opportunities to practise real life communication.
One of the main issues was the heavy focus on theoretical learning, with limited speaking and listening exercises. This made it difficult to develop confidence in using the language in everyday situations. Furthermore, the course materials seemed outdated and did not include modern resources such as videos or interactive exercises.
To improve the course, I suggest incorporating more practical activities, such as group discussions and role playing exercises, to enhance speaking skills. Updating the course materials with contemporary resources and structuring lessons in a more progressive manner would also be beneficial.
These changes will help future learners engage more actively, making the course more effective and enjoyable. Thank you for considering these suggestions
Yours faithfully,
Izabella Rossely
