Dear sir, madam

My friend and I booked your hotel last weekend, we were very disappointed when we saw the room ! What surprise we had seeing that the room was really small compared to the photos and the promises you made us believed. And it is not all at all, i assumed you do not do any cleaning here, some dust was here, the dirty bed sheet as well. And the last and not least, your dirty toilet !

We arrived in good feeling to our room but we for discovering that it remove us all the hype we had ! The weekend which wanted to be a chill one went to a nightmare !

I request a move from you to compensate that weekend if we call it so, and please hired some cleaning staff.
