Dear Richard,

I’m writing this letter to inform you about the incident that transpired the other day which envolved me and the motorycle I recently borrowed from you.

Yesterday, around 1:00 in the afternoon I was traversing Macahamus, Bayanga Barangay road towards city proper. Thereafter, a dog instantaly crossed the road and to my surprise I aggresively hit the breaks, that caused me to crash on the side of the road.

With that, because of the sudden impact, I suffered multiple minor injuries on the different parts of my body, but one thing im worried about was the damaged sustained by your motorcycle; the headlight was broken, and multiple scratches on it’s fairings.

Moreover, I already transported your motorcycle to my trusted mechanic, and I am deeply sorry about what happened and rest assured that I will shoulder all the expenses in order to restore the damages on your motorcyle.

Dont worry, I will update you as soon as possible about the status of your motorycle.
