I hope this message finds you well. I am writing this letter to sincerely apologize to you for damaging the valueable item that I borrowed from you the last week. I understand how valuebale the item was for you, and the damage may create alot of problem to you. I am truly sorry for the distress caused by me.
The damage occured accidentally while I was trying to keep the item safely after cleaning it, I don’t how the item fell from my hand and awakardly landed to the ground, getting cracks to it. I meant no harm but what happened, has happened.
I am sorry for the damage and would like to make amendents. I assure you to return fully repaired item as I have discussed from a repairing store and they say the item is in repairable state and assurely I will be covering the repair charges. Later again, If you wouldn’t like the repaired item. I can replace it as well.
