Dear Joy,

I am writing to apologize for breaking your lawnmower which I borrowed from you three days ago,

Let me explain how it happened, it was late in the evening when I started mowing the grasses in the front yard in preparation for my forthcoming birthday, but to my surprise I hit a hard object, while trying to locate what it was, as I was pulling it, the head of the mower extended backward and broke.

I was sad because it happened while I was using it, and I know I am responsible for the damage. If I had known this would happen, I would not have collected it. I even tried to put it together but all effort proved abortive.

I saw one that was advertised on jumia stores, I promise to get you one from there. They offer warranty for 2 years. Additionally, not only do they offer to teach one how to make use of it rather their workshop repairs any damage after the warranty period expires.
