Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to complain about a washing machine which I have purchased from your company since January 21st 2024.

I bought the Elextrolux one with serial number E012401. It was until middle of June 2024, it did not work well. In fact, I called the technical service technician from your maintenance department to replace the new door garket but it had run for around two weeks then the fault occurred again.

After that, I made a decision to call your staff again but no one has responsed so far. It had lasted about 5 days and caused many obstacles for my family.

With this letter, I suggest that you should exchange the new washing machine instead of fixing again because this error was not generated by user and this device is still under one-year guarantee duration as you company policy.

I hope you will address my concerm as soon as possible.
