I am David and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the washing machine I bought from your store last week.
My previous washing machine was broken last month; therefore, I decided to come to your outlet to get a new one. Firstly, I know that your shop is one of the foremost options on my list because of well-known service, quality and location. (-> because of your reputation for service, quality and location). Secondly, my neighbour told me that he was pleased (adj) with your products and he suggested I should buy a washing machine from yours.
Unfortunately, this device operated for merely two days as normal. Suddenly, it did not work the next day (It abruptly stopped working the following day). When I pressed the button to start the automatic case and it did not respond (there was no reaction). I was trying so many times with different approaches but it seemed to malfunction at all.
Finally, I tried to call the seller’s assistant but he replied that I should wait for further information. I have been waiting for the last three days but I have not gotten any response yet. As the manager of this store, you should give me immediate action because I am no longer willing to wait. I really need the new machine to wash my dirty clothes and my children’s.
