I am Rosie Thompson who is one of your regular customers.I bought this equipment from your shop,however when it was arrived it did not work and there is a large scratch on the front of window.
To tell the truth,I have been collecting money for a long time.That is why it disappointed me.I always be at work during the day.Therefore I decided to buy this equipment.
To solve the issue,I want you to give me another machine instead of it.Or you may give the full refund as an alternative and I can buy it from another shop.
