Dear Training Center Management,
I appreciate the effort that this training center has been done. But the main reason i wrote this letter is for submitting complains.
For the first main issue, me personally didn’t like the way management team arrange teaching schedules. It always ended up to late and it lacks communication between the management and the students. Most of us have our own schedule regarding work and personal life, the way this training center arranges schedule is always disrupting our life.
For the second and the final main issue, me personally didn’t feel educated enough with the resources that this training center has been providing. The modules, the presentations, and the homeworks are somehow didn’t clear enough. I’ve been asking my classmates and they all do feel the same. The teaching resources are lacking proper framework and it jumps too fast from one topic to another.
Both of this main issues are impacting our learning experiences. I used to think that this training center is adequate enough for me, but turns out this facility is worse than i expected. The messy schedules are bothering me a lot, to the point that i have to cancel most of my plans to be attending the class. The poor teaching resources are also forced me to look for external materials, sometimes I have to pay more for it.
I suggest that this training center could be more communicative with its students, so the schedule can be more convenient for majority of the students. I also suggest that this training center create more modern and proper teaching materials, so the learning experience could be more efficient and effective. Even thought I gave you some suggestions, I also expecting better solutions from your team since you guys understand the current conditions better.
I think that is all. I am very eager for getting better learning experience in this place.
