Dear Mr. Allen,

I am writing to inform you that I can not continue my part-time evening course anymore due to my full-time job, when I finish my job I become tired and always reach late in class. Therefore, I want to discontinue the course.

I realize that after doing eight hours of shift of packing, this became difficult for me to come to class and cope with the study of social support course. Moreover, my job is very hectic for me as the ending time of my job increases and I can not help myself in this situation.

To solve this problem, I plan to continue this program during my vacation as this will give me enough time to go through my entire course and study well. Subsequently, after completing this part-time subject with full concentration I can get better job opportunities.

I will appreciate if you could give me a another chance to commence this course later on.
