Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my apology regarding course, which I am unable to continue from next week. Well, I am working as a full-time employee in a private sector. After working hours, I have no time for myself.

Additionally, i know this is very beneficial course for me and it only takes a few hours but due to excessive work load, over-times. I have no time to take participate into it. That is why, I feel sorry about that.

Moreover, I recently found out that you will launch a new mini- course related to health care from next month. I am already submitted application form for that. I would be a very thankful if you considerd my point of view.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Yours sincerely,

Aman
