Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to request a new interview time for my interview for admission to the Masters in Engineering(computers) course which is planned for 28th June at 11 am. My student reference number is AZ7861313.

Today, I received a letter from the college regarding my interview on the college premises, however, this time clashes with my doctor’s appointment which I had planned a month ago. I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience I am causing you and I would request you to please change my interview after 2 PM.

Along with that, I would also request you to inform me about the duration of the interview and if there are any practical or theoretical tests which will be conducted during this interview so that I can plan and prepare accordingly.

I would be grateful if you could please reschedule my interview for any time after 2 PM.
