Dear Sir,

I am writing to request for assistance in finding a suitable accommodation for me, as I got admission in Msc.Computer Science at your university for September 2026 intake. My registration number is 123456.

Given that the city has been facing a housing shortage since last year, I have witnessed a volatile housing market which led to economic uncertainty. Considering the situation, I would be okay with either on-campus or off-campus rentals. Nevertheless, If you could secure a studio apartment, it would be beneficial as I am a masters student. I maintain a robust study schedule, which includes late-night sessions. Consequently, a quiet arrangement is imperative for my academic success. Furthermore, I would prefer a stable internet connection as a superficial internet is insufficient for my learning purpose. In addition, transportation to the campus is vital for me as I don’t have a vehicle.

I look forward to a swift and favourable response to this request.
