Dear Sir/Madam,

Through this letter, I would like to inquire you regarding an accommodation in the university, as I have been selected for Post Graduation in science department.

I am seeking a private room with attached bathroom and I am ready to pay some extra bucks for it. The reason for separate accommodation is because it gets hard for me to concentrate while studying in somebody presence. Moreover, my friends and family will visit me on regular basis just to check on me.

Furthermore, I live in Toronto about 70 kilometres from here and this is the reason I am looking for the apartment. I have completed my bachelors from Scarborough and this is first time moving out of my home. I am very quite person and love my personal space.

Infact, I have few special requirements with respect to the room as I would like to have my study table with a chair, extra table and one clothing rack to keep my small belongings. Please make sure that room has equipped with air conditioners and has a window.
