I have been using a public transport for all my life,but couple weeks ago i noticed couple problem that can increase in the future.

The first problem i faced was regular delays of my route bus,i had been late for work several time becasue i simply couldn’t catch the bus on the right time.I would like suggest to inform customers if there any issue with buses,or add extra numbers of bus in the rush time to decrease bad accidents.

Second problem was overcrowding,it’s not always but if it is happend it would be just impossible to enter the bus cause you wouldn’t be abble to move or even quit on you station.I would like to see extended amount of buses if it’s pissible.
