Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about the substandard services I received at your restaurant. I visited your establishment for the first time, and I feel something must be done to improve the customers’ experience.

Last Friday, at around 10 p.m., I went out to eat at your restaurant. When I entered, I was shocked to see water spills on the floor that were surely a safety hazard for everyone. There were no precaution signs, such as “wet floor” ,to warn the visitors about it. When I reached the food pickup area to place an order, I complained about it. However, to my disappointment, the server did not care much about it. Then, I ordered a big chicken sandwich with mayo sauce on it. After waiting for half an hour, I asked about my order, and they gave me a chicken sandwich that was not prepared as I ordered. Buffalo sauce was put in place of mayo sauce, and the sandwich was not warm enough to be eaten. I kept trying to talk to your employees, but no one was free as the restaurant was too busy at that time. Feeling disappointed, I left and could not eat my food.

I kindly request that you give me a full refund of the amount I paid. I also plead with you to train your employees about health and safety precautions. You should also appoint someone to handle customer complaints so that they can be resolved on the spot. I hope that you will pay your kind attention to my requests and work towards improving your reputation and food quality.

Yours faithfully,

Harpreet Singh.
