Hello

Dear Manager,

I hope that you are doing well, and that your health is good. I wrote this letter regarding the complaint about your restaurant food and your staff members. Firstly, the food tasted and it’s very bad and your staff members were very rude when I complained about it.

In addition, one of your employees from your hotel is not speking with the customers in a good way. He always argues with everyone while taking orders, and he is not giving change to customers; everyday he is giving excuses because he is too lazy to calculate the specific amount.

Therefore, I wish that you will keep an eye on him and give him numerous types of lesson regarding how to deal with the customers, how to handle the sistuations with calmness, and how to talk with the customers.

Thank you for your patience, and time.

Regards,

Deep Jani
