Dear Mr. Smith,

I am writing to express my concern about the heavy noise from your house because barking of your dog.

Actually, I am a Nursing student who has a huge burden not only of vast syllabus but also of long standing shifts in hospital. I need some rest after coming back from school in the evening in order to prepare myself for studying late night. However, unfortunately, owing to the ongoing barking of your dog, it is extremely difficult for me to take some rest which is affecting my study.

Since, I do not want to spoil our relationship as a neighbour, but now it has been hard to tolerate that extreme barking of your dog which is putting in risk to my career. If it is possible you could either provide some training to your dog in order to prevent some unnecessary barking or take some other actions that you know to resolve this issue.

I hope you would take an immediate action to solve this problem, otherwise, I will be compelled to take an another legal action.

I would be most grateful if you could take an action as soon as possible so that this matter can resolve to my dissatisfaction.
