Dear Pat,

I hope you are doing well, it has been long time I have not seen you. I came to know that you are becoming the part of some fair in upcoming days.

I was curious to know, what kind of fest is it going to be? You performed mostly the job fairs in past, so wandering if this is related to same. And what is the venue and which date it is scheduled on?

As per your past experience and now, what are the roles that you play by doing or fulfilling unsalaried duties. I am sure it would be worth to gain knowledge.

Just one last question,are the promoters still looking for new participants? If yes, would you mind helping me out or guiding to through the procedure of applying.
