Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inform you regarding some inaccurate information about my town that has been published in an article of International Travel magazine.

The article contained information about the public travel facilities in the town, which said the trains and buses have a moderate frequency and they operate until 12 midnight. However, the buses and trains provide service to the users till 2 am and the frequency have also improved since last month.

The information conveyed to the audience through such articles plays a crucial role in attracting tourists. Therefore, it is important to educate public with precise information about the amenities provided by cities, which helps to gain people’s attention.

I would like to request you to closely look over the research being made before officially publishing the article. Keeping your research team aware of the recent developments made in cities will help to solve this situation.
