Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to inform the Manager of the bank about issues with my credit card from your bank.
Yesterday, I received a credit card statement from your bank, which listed a number of expensive purchases that I am sure I did not make.
In addition, yesterday while I was on the bus, I lost my backpack, which is black. That bag contained many things: my wallet, credit card, and headphones. I think someone took that credit card and used it to purchase those goods.
We may ask the recovery department of the transport company that I used yesterday for assistance.
So that they can help us check if someone took the bag that contained my credit card.
And the bank should stop that card in order to prevent further expensive purchases using that credit card, and if possible, they can track the location of someone who is trying to use it as a way of catching him or her.
Thank you for your consideration and cooperation. I am awaiting your response.
Yours faithfully,
