Dear Jack,
Thank you so much for inviting me last weekend to your house party, I had a blast. However, I am writing this letter, because last night after returning home I came to the realization that I forgot my black leather coat at your place. I believe you know what I am talking about, as you have worn that coat many times too, especially during our college years.
I think, I left the coat behind the green sofa in your living room, as I remember after drinking a few cans of bear I was feeling warm and decided to remove my coat. The coat has some of my personal belongings like bluetooth earbuds, chewing gum and a few dollars. Thankfully, nothing too serious that I can’t live without.
Lastly, I know you will be visiting my co-worker sarah’s office in Calgary next week for a meeting. Do you mind giving my coat to her ? I can easily get it back from her, as on Mondays she works at the Edmonton office with me. Anyways, hope you have a great week, see you soon!
Best Wishes
Jay
