Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inform you that I have lost my watch in express train last week. It was in a Red Velvet box with a golden buckle on it. The watch had a small round dial with a silver chained strap.

I was travelling from Lougheed station to Surrey station, hence I caught the express train from platform B on 28th December 2025 around 9.15 am. I remember that I was sitting close by the driver’s seat, and suddenly an old lady dropped of her cardigan, so I stood up from my seat and helped her. After that I started listening to songs and in the flow, I forgot my watch box.

I would really appreciate if someone from your team can confirm me whether they have found my lost item from train. As this watch was gifted to me by late grandfather and I have many sentiments attached to it. If this item is reported to your lost and stolen items department, please contact me at xxxxx-xx253.
