Dear Sir/mam,
I am writing this letter to notify you about an error in article published in The Times, dated 22nd November on page 3 regarding an employment agency.
As I have been living in Toronto for the last 10 years, I am aware of the person in charge of the agency since I visited many times there. The information written is vague and inaccurate because Mr. Robinson is very professional and polite by nature.
As per your article, it was mentioned that Mr Robinson, the Manager of the agency is only recruiting females for administrative work. However, this information is misleading because my cousin is working there for the last 1 year. Moreover, your newspaper also mentioned some activities such as charging money from prospects, which is absolutely incorrect information and does not have supporting evidence.
Hence, I would like you to change this information and reprint with corrected information in your next article which would be printed on 27th November. Such false information will not only lose your current customers but also create negative impression in the mind of the readers.
I look forward to your next article with the accurate information.
Yours Faithfully
Sherin James
