Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to formally complain about the bill for international calls that was sent to me by your company.

My account number is 8937471. The bill in question indicates charges for international calls made on specific days, which I believe were calculated incorrectly. During this period, I was abroad, as noted on the bill, and no one was at my home. My father, mother, and sister were in the countryside at my grandparents’ house, and nobody used my phone to make international calls. I believe you may have sent me the wrong bill. I have checked my account number multiple times and can confirm that I only called my parents and close friends while I was away.

I kindly request that your company review my account again. I hope you will reconsider my situation and respond promptly.
