I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Murtuza and my customer id is 12431.4314. I am writing this letter to complain about recent charges put into my account for international roaming service even though I had not made a single international call.
Recently, during my visit at Europe, as soon as I landed at Charles de international airport of Paris, I had installed a new sim of the local carrier and all my calls were placed using the service provided by that local carrier. Thus, I am not able to understand that eventhough I had not placed a single call using the bell, why I am charged with the international rooming charges. I request you, to kindly look into my account and apply the required correction into my bill. After making the required corrections please send me a new copy of my bill to my registered email so I could pay it at my earliest.
