Dear Madam or Sir, I am writing this letter to let you know about the phone bill that I received on 25 August 2024. It includes $300 charges for international calls that I did not make. In fact, these charges are completely unfair.

There are following causes for that. Firstly, I never used my phone for calling outside the nation. I used the phone for local calls only and also for government departments in Canada, which is national call . Secondly, I checked my whole call summary and I do not have record for international connections.

Consequently, would you kindly pay attention toward this issue and change bill. Therefore, I could not face any problem in future. I also ask you to confirm to me in writing that this has been actioned, by sending a copy of the revised bill to me at this address.
