My name is Victor Budynski, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about missing my credit card.
A few weeks ago on my vacation in the Dominican Republic my wallet was stolen. When I call the info line, they help me to lock my card, and I get information that in about a few or three weeks I can get my new credit card, but my waiting time was extended by the strike of Canada post, and I was waiting one month for my card. I could understand you about the situation with the Canada post, but I was baffled because you sent me an empty envelope.
How can you explain this situation?
Please tell me what you will do next?
Should I wait again one or two months?
I hope you can find an opportunity to send me my credit card as soon as possible. Because if not I would like to close my bank account at this bank. Because the service is bad.
