I hope this letter finds you well. The reason why I am writing to you is that I want to inform you about a problem with my bank card.
I received a letter from my bank today that was supposed my bank card. Unfortunately, when I opened it, there was no bank card in the envelope. This was an unexpected event. I telephoned the bank to explain the issue but I could not get through to the right department. In your letter, you asked me to acknowledge receipt of the card, but I cannot do this because I have not received it. I am very worried about my bank card, if it ends up with another customer or gets lost. Can you clarify the situation for me? If it lost, can you block the old card and replace it with new one? I really need it these days.
