I hope this message finds you well. I am one of your customers and am writing to bring to your attention an issue that I faced recently.

Yesterday, I have received an envelop, named ‘Master Card,’ including an acknowledgement form inside, but the actual bank card was missing. While the envelop was in a good condition, a missing item made me worried. Therefore, I decided to write this letter.

I am wary of potential scams, as the card is linked with my main bank account. Although the card was new and not activated, the scammers can do anything possible to make this theft successful·

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter with your staff at the wearhouse to confirm whether this issue is just a human mistake or something else. Additionally, please try to block this debit card as quickly as possible to prevent potential frauds.
